As a veteran student or alumni, you have unique professional experiences from your military background that can require specialized guidance as you pursue your professional goals. Our career team is here to support your success as you discover your path, seek out meaningful jobs, practicums, internships or further education. It is our goal that working together you grow your network, gain experience and advance your career.

Career Advising
Student veterans are encouraged to meet with the Career Advisor assigned to their academic area of study for industry specific tips. Right Foot Forward Program
Right Foot Forward is a transition program for student veterans at the University of Denver to prepare graduates for professional success. Participating student veterans completes a series of planned meetings with a DU Career Advisor as well as an industry mentor. Upon completion of the program each student veteran receives a custom fitted suit provided by the University of Denver’s Veterans Services.
