Career Closet
The Career Closet is a resource available for any student or alumnus of DU who is in need of professional attire, whether for a job interview, conference, dress requirement, or other professional development necessity. At the Career Closet, clients can browse, try on, and take up to four clothing items to keep for free. The Career Close is housed in the Burwell Center for Career Achievement making it easily accessible to the campus community.
How to Secure Clothing
Students and alumni may visit the Career Closet Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Simply stop by the front desk for assistance when you arrive. Due to social distancing guidelines, only one client may browse the Career Closet at a time.
Donate Clothing
At this time, we are only accepting feminine-style clothing donations. Donations are accepted by appointment only during our office hours 8:30am-4:00pm. Please call the front desk of the Burwell Center for Career Achievement or email career@du.edu to coordinate drop-off.
