With over 31 years of experience in engineering leadership and management, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, management, and professional development as well as executive coaching. As the President of Long Engineering in Atlanta, Michael led the growth and development of the organization from 20 employees to 110.

Throughout his career, Michael has always been a mentor leader. Professionals at all levels of his organization and industry seek him out for informal advice on their career goals and needs.
