Dr. Haley R. Harbaugh is a talent development guru who helps people thrive in the workplace. She is the founder of Cowrie Talent Solutions LLC, a talent development and skills-focused consulting firm. She is also the architect of the PEAK10 durable skills assessment, which identifies the skills that are foundational for today and the future of work. She works as the Director of Learning and Education for Bloom Healthcare as well.
Dr. Haley has over 15 years of experience in learning and development and talent management. She has worked with DaVita Inc, Fresenius Medical Care, Denver Health, Discover Card, and US Renal Care to improve adult education across multiple departments. She is a mentor for the University of Colorado Boulder LEEDS School of Business and received her certification as a SHRM-SCP.
Dr. Haley is a speaker and writer on the topics of talent & skills development, learning and development, and leadership. She is passionate about helping people develop the skills they need to succeed in all phases of their career arc.
