In this course, Kim Scott, author of the book Radical Candor and cofounder of the executive education company Radical Candor, teaches leaders how to create a team on which everyone does the best work of their lives and builds the best relationships of their careers. Kim shows how you can: foster better relationships with your direct reports when you care personally and challenge directly at the same time; create a culture of guidance instead of micromanaging; build a high-performing team by replacing “talent management” with “growth management;” and achieve astounding results.
