Employers will NOT be able to find you in PCO if you do not “Opt-In” to the system.
- You can Opt-In and Out of the Candidate search based on your needs.
- Once you Opt-In, employers can find your candidacy through the Languages, Preferences & Education sections of your profile. Therefore, it is important to make sure that these are filled out completely.
- Once you Opt-In, employers can also find your profile through a keyword search of Approved Primary Resumes located in the system. If you need to work on your resume, please schedule a time to meet with a Peer Advisor or your Career Advisor/Career Coach in your career services office.
