Shana and holds an MPH from Harvard School of Public Health in policy and management, an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver in Health Administration, and an MA in Latin American Studies from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. Shana completed her undergraduate work at Smith College. Shana completed her ACC and PCC coach training at CoachU and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold-standard for the coaching profession. She is also a Gold LEAN Management practitioner and as an Everything DiSC trainer, using these skills to improve processes and teamwork to improve organizational efficiency. She is a Denver native.
