Kallie is an experienced professional coach and member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Kallie partners with high-achieving, driven individuals and teams to identify and achieve ambitious goals. She has a depth and passion in supporting women leaders across development areas including: managing and leading, embodying authentic confidence and executive presence, navigating imposter syndrome, growing from codependency to interdependence, boundary work, self-love, and overthinking.
Neuroplasticity – rewiring thought patterns – is a focus of Kallie’s practice. Thoughts are some of the most powerful forces that create life circumstances and relational dynamics, either holding us back or propelling us forward. Kallie partners with clients to uncover old storylines and patterns and take bold action to move into a new story.
Kallie has been coaching since 2019, building on her own experiences in corporate, startup and nonprofit environments. She offers professional leadership and personal growth coaching, with a focus on 1:1 and group work for high achievers, new managers/leaders, entrepreneurs and anyone navigating change and/or looking to further develop themselves with a growth mindset. LET’S GO.
Kallie is a critical and creative thinker, something that has driven her to consistently pursue new growth and to never be quite satisfied with the status quo. It is what drove her towards coaching and to leave a clear cut career path in corporate healthcare consulting in pursuit of a more passion-driven, flexible lifestyle. think was created to identify and craft opportunities for clients that help them do the same – to better themselves, their organizations and enhance intentionality, fulfillment and ultimately, impact.
Before think., Kallie worked at major PR agencies and global healthcare consulting firms in New York City where she represented a myriad of clients from international corporations such as GE, PepsiCo, Novartis and Pfizer, to early-stage startups such as Columbia Care. Wanting to try her hand in supporting more nimble startups and building a company, she helped co-lead Ulysses Communications, a boutique marcomms firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences consulting. She helped build the agency from the ground up, supporting a national client roster and leading teams of contractors to achieve client goals. Eventually, Kallie went out on her own, founding think strategy, LLC.
Kallie received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and spent 10 years living and working in New York City and Philadelphia before moving to Louisville, KY, and becoming fully remote. She now resides in Denver, CO, with her partner, Hunter, dog, Hank, and cat, Ron. Kallie is a forever student, passionate about a good workout, an animal and nature lover, and a deep believer in the power of awareness and intention to change your life.
