Essential Functions
- Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Safeguard confidential information and stay up to date on required protections for client information.
- Manage physical and electronic health records for clients in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and archiving of client records.
- Ensure clinic measures and materials are consistently stocked.

Working Environment
Position will be performed on campus in a standard open office environment, noise level is quiet to moderate, may be subject to fluctuations in heat and cold on occasion.
Physical Activities
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.
- Ability to perform office functions (standing, sitting, walking, reaching).
- Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
