Essential Functions
- Maintaining paper in printers
- Cleaning computer lab
- Closing and organizing the lab at the end of the day;
- Answering classroom technology support calls;
- Assist with event Audio Visual Support
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ideal candidates will have experience working with audio visual technology.
- Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, internet searching, and email
- Ability to communicate with faculty, staff, students
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and punctuality
- Cultural sensitivity, as many projects involve communicating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including international team members.
Required Qualifications
- Current DU undergraduate or graduate student enrolled for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience in technology support
- Previous experience with windows and IOS operating systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual equipment is an asset
Working Environment
- Katherine A. Ruffatto Hall Computer Lab (KRH 210)
Physical Activities
- Ability to work on a computer.
Work Schedule
- Evenings and Saturdays
- Varies each quarter depending on student class schedule
