Essential Functions – The Research Assistant will assist faculty in carrying out specific research agendas relating to diversity, equity and inclusion, specifically around increasing diverse voices and perspectives within course curriculum. Research Assistants may be assigned to one or more research tasks. These tasks may be related to various components of syllabi and curriculum development, as well as content delivery and inclusive practices in the classroom, or other activities that are associated with further the acquisition, analysis, or dissemination of knowledge.
Working with the Korbel Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and Faculty member on this research project.

Current Korbel graduate student enrolled for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Compensation and Benefits – Students will be paid $16-17/hr with the opportunity for yearly increases, dependent on performance. In compliance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), non-benefited employees accrue one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
