- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Create structured outlines for online training modules
- Assist with formatting and editing training content
- Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks
- Support general office operations as needed
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Canvas
Required Qualifications
- Current DU undergraduate or graduate student enrolled for the 2025-2026 academic year
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online learning platforms or instructional design
- Familiarity with file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive)
- Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms.
- Experience with audio transcription, video editing, and/or text editing.
Working Environment
- Remote
Physical Activities
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.
- Occasionally required to move about the office/campus
- Capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
