- Comforting.

Required Qualifications
- Must have previous experience working with young children, such as babysitting, nanny experience, and summer camp counseling.
- Candidates must be willing to work with children in an inclusive environment.
- All candidates are mandated to complete two different background checks as part of the hiring process per the Colorado Office of Early Childhood/Department of Human Services, in addition to the background check initiated by DU.
- Upon hire, students will be asked to take an online onboarding training through DU student employment office before their 1st day of work at Fisher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric CPR/1st Aid is not required for this position.

Physical Activities
- Occasionally required to move about campus
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits
- This position is eligible for a federal work-study, which requires eligibility through the Financial Aid Office.
- Students will be paid $18.810-20/hr depending on experience and education background.
- In compliance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), non-benefited employees accrue one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
