Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our online visibility, engage with our customers, and creatively promote our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for stationery, a keen eye for design, and experience in social media marketing, email campaigns, and website content creation. This is a great opportunity for a student majoring in marketing, design, or a related field, looking to build their portfolio while working with a fun, creative retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to engage with our target audience.
- Assist in creating and sending out email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote new products and special events.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and growth.
- Participate in on-site product photoshoots and events
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in design & video editing software preferred (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Ability to create visually appealing content and compelling copy that aligns with our brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about stationery and design.
Requirements:
- 7-12 hours of availability per week.
- Hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
- A portfolio of marketing design work or social media feed samples.
