A woman-owned studio, we have an opening for a part-time graphic designer comfortable working across mediums and committed to leveraging their talent for the good of people and planet. If you believe the patriarchy is pathetic, the climate crisis is dire, and still you muster the courage to hope – you’re our people. Working closely with our creative director, this individual will lead all design for the studio including collaborating with developers, photographers, and filmmakers to produce print and digital collateral for social and environmental brands and productions. This role will be responsible for leading design for diverse global client projects, including branding and website design, data visualization, impact campaign content, and communications collateral. EXPERIENCE

10+ years of graphic design experience in creative agency or in-house for an impact organization

8+ years experience in branding and website design

5+ years experience working with purpose-driven brands

Portfolio demonstrating analytical and creative problem solving through graphic design
REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated experience designing accessible content in compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards

Ability to work directly with developers to provide design files and support their workflow

Ability to work under existing brand guidelines to create compelling print and digital designs

Deep experience crafting original brands that have measurable success in impact industry

Experience collaborating with filmmakers and photographers to support their productions

Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

Strong conceptual development, visualization, typography, and design layout skills

Strong understanding of responsive design

Strong ability to visualize data and produce illustrations
