Behavior Therapist (RBT) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Castle Rock Clinic + Nearby Areas (Parker, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton)
Pay: $21/hr for sessions & office work | $14.81/hr for training
$150 Sign-On Bonus after 3 months of employment!
Instructional ABA Consultants (IABA) is hiring passionate Behavior Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism in homes, clinics, and schools. No prior ABA experience? No problem – we offer comprehensive training and certification support!
What You’ll Do

Deliver personalized ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans

Collect and submit session data

Communicate with supervisors and attend paid trainings

Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent
- Exposure to psychology, human development, or behavior analysis preferred.

Experience with kids (work or volunteer) preferred

CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license + auto insurance

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
