As a Case Services Specialist, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps critical programs running smoothly while helping connect people with resources, services, and opportunities that support positive outcomes.

In this role, you’ll work with courts, community partners, and program participants, manage important records and case information, coordinate community service placements, assist with case management activities, and help ensure clients stay on track with court-ordered requirements. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people.

Salary & Benefits Highlights

  • Hiring Range: $45,760 – $51,922 annually
  • Health: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off: 11 ½ paid holidays each year + a floating holiday, 9 hours of paid vacation per month
  • 8 hours of paid sick time per month
  • Other great perks: Mandatory retirement – defined contribution of 8% – matched at 8%, Annual performance reviews with potential for an increase, tuition reimbursement, and more.
