Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers, the nation’s largest privately held provider of E-Learning, Virtual Education, and Instructor-Led Classes for Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) training is seeking an experienced, highly motivated EH&S Instructor for a full-time position at our corporate office in Denver, CO.

We offer multiple approaches for instructor training; Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and On-Site Training. We service virtually every industry, including environmental, manufacturing, healthcare, construction and general industry, government, and military.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the following training for open enrollment classes and at client sites
- HAZWOPER / Emergency Response / Site Supervisor (29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(p)(q)
- DOT Hazmat Transportation (49 CFR)
- IATA Dangerous Goods Transportation (IATA)
- EPA Hazardous Waste Management, RCRA (40 CFR)
- Confined Space Entry (29 CFR 1910/1926)
- OSHA 10/30-Hour Construction/General Industry (OSHA’s Outreach Program)
- Analyze training effectiveness through feedback, knowledge assessments, and safety metrics. Continuously improve training programs based on data and observed performance in the field.
- In collaboration with our content development team design, develop, and update engaging safety, HAZWOPER & DOT Hazmat Transportation training materials, including presentations, manuals, online modules, and assessments. Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory changes, adjusting curricula as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of more of formal classroom instructor experience teaching HAZWOPER, Emergency Response or OSHA Site Supervisor (29 CFR 1910.120 (e,)(p) or (q)).
- Exceptional knowledge of OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and other applicable safety and environmental laws.
- Ability to conduct dynamic, effective, and engaging in-person and/or virtual training sessions for diverse adult audiences.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.

If you are the person we’re looking for, you can expect a starting salary in the range of $82,000 – $95,000 plus annual bonus based on achievement.
