The Enneagram doesn’t put you in a box. It shows you the box you’re already in and how to get out of it. It is a self-development personality tool that provides deeper insight into core motivations and fears driving behavior, needs and interactions.
It is a powerful tool for understanding yourself and others on a deeper level, amplifying your competitive edge, discovering work that is truly fulfilling and creating more meaningful relationships.
What to expect:
Understanding Enneagram as a Tool for Self-Discovery: Learn how the Enneagram serves as a tool for self-development and provides insights into core motivations and fears that drive your behavior, needs and interactions with others. As part of this workshop, you will take a paid assessment through IEQ9 (Integrative9) for a more accurate and personalized 22-page analysis.
Building Self-Awareness: Through Enneagram exploration, develop a deeper understanding of your personal strengths, growth opportunities and overall dynamics with other personality types.
Exploring Paths for Personal Growth and Development: Discover how the Enneagram not only identifies personality types but also outlines paths for personal growth and development, enabling you to work towards becoming a healthier and more balanced version of yourself.
Leveraging Your Enneagram for Career Growth: Learn to leverage your Enneagram insights to propel your career forward, whether you’re navigating transitions, refining your leadership style or seeking deeper fulfillment. By recognizing your unique strengths and areas for growth, you’ll craft practical strategies that align your career ambitions with your personal development.
Meet your Facilitator: Jenny Suarez Kelnhofer
Jenny has spent the last couple of years immersed in the tech industry, specializing in the development and facilitation of transformative human potential programs. With a knack for crafting Enneagram workshops, she leads individuals and teams on a profound journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and unlocking their innate genius. She even traveled to India (yes India, not Indiana lol), to bring the meaningful session globally.
She is currently working in very heart-centered work supporting underserved students and alumni with career and life design for a national non-profit.
Beyond her corporate and non-profit roles, Jenny has nurtured a thriving side coaching business since 2016. Through her personalized coaching services, she empowers individuals to build self-awareness, amplify their competitive edge, and discover work that is truly fulfilling.
Jenny resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, two sons, and a lovable Bernese Mountain Dog.
