Target Career Trek - Rescheduled

This installment in our Career Trek series will connect students and recent alumni with experienced professionals at Target Corporate, which is headquartered in Minneapolis. Participants will have the opportunity to network and explore a variety of careers at Target and in the retail industry. This event will feature alumni in the industry who will:

  • Provide you with an inside look at Target’s operations and culture

  • Highlight and explore a variety of potential roles at Target

  • Give you updated information on current hiring needs, critical skill sets and any personal tips for succeeding at Target

Meet our featured alumni:

Britt Goetze (BSBA, MBA ’07)

Britt Goetze has more than 14 years of marketing, personalization and analytics experience. Currently, he is a senior manager of marketing measurement, building unified marketing measurement capabilities at Target, incorporating media mix optimization and multi-touch attribution.

Alexis Junker (BM ’07)

Alexis Junker is a trading manager on the Display, Audio, Video, and Investment team at Target. After 10+ years in digital media, she serves as a channel expert, working across media strategy, media effectiveness, and creative teams to develop and activate multi-channel, guest-led digital advertising campaigns. She currently works on Loyalty Marketing, working to drive awareness and education about Target RedCard and Circle. 

She graduated in 2007 with a bachelor of music in oboe performance from the University of Denver.

Beth Rolfzen (MA ’99)

Beth Rolfzen has worked at Target for over 21 years in several roles and functions. As the Senior Director of Change and Communications within the company’s Global Supply Chain and Logistics team, she leads the change management capability and internal communications efforts for the headquaters and distribution facilitates across the country. In her tenure at Target, Beth has had roles in merchandising, operations, and supply chain.

She graduated from the University of Denver in 1999 with a master of arts in international administration, specializing in conflict resolution with a Chinese language emphasis.
