About the Presenter:
Kurt Wolf is the Founder and President Emeritus of the Denver Metro Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Chapter, and its predecessor organization, the Denver Change Professionals Network. He is also one of the Founders and is the Chief Evangelist for LEVATA Human Performance, a Denver-based unabashedly positive, radically transparent, purpose-driven human performance advisory firm.
Kurt started his Change Management journey in 1994 at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) where he was one of the founding members of the Milwaukee office’s Organization and Human Performance practice. His passion, knowledge, and reputation within the field carried him from Accenture to Coors Brewing Company and then on to co-found Wolf Consulting and then Envision Business Consulting. After building the firm to 3 offices and 100 consultants, in August of 2017, Envision took on a majority investment by a private equity firm looking for the right Organization and Human Performance organization, and Kurt stepped down as Managing Partner to focus on non-profit pursuits and other interests. Hungry to serve again, Kurt launch LEVATA Human Performance in January 2020.
This demonstrated history of successfully creating and growing vibrant organizations, firms, and communities is in large part due to 25+ years of experience bringing his client focus, unique background, and remarkable talent for collaboration to large and medium sized organizations.
